"I’ve been with state farm on and off for years, they will lock your first 6 months in at a low rate then run you up at each renewal. They wanted to up my insurance by $100 a month for no reason (I’ve had zero accidents and zero new tickets). I tried to get them to come down on the price and they said it’s because inflation… one call to geico and geico actually reduced my bill to $100 less than what I was already paying StateFarm. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with this particular StateFarm office."

"Customer service was not a priority with this company. Although Mary Luna is a valuable asset the same cannot be said for other employees. And most definitely for the agent. My daughter had a horrible experience with him personally and that was not acceptable. I have since transferred to a different agent and I had a personal consultation with her to go over my policy. I never met Mr J. Garza in the time I had my policy with him."

"2 years with this particular agent due to a friend who worked there. Brought my whole family to him as well. NEVER met the guy yet he "prides" himself on customer service 🙄 🤔 employees don't last there. I had been having issues with minor changes i needed done to my policy. Issues NEVER got resolved. Was Mr. Garza EVER aware of this NO! however when I finally after 3 months of trying to get things handled emailed him to file a complaint. He flat out told me my complaint couldn't be proved because it was a he said/she said situation. And since his employees denied the complaint in question well he took her word and told me to find another agent. SEVERAL emails to prove the UNPROFESSIONAL manner an AGENT spoke to his client. (Posted on BBB)On another note (I do business with him on the business end and he is very visible with his business contracts) So I guess his employees can do no wrong and the customer is never right! Anyway his wife referred to another agent (she's a part of our church group) EMBARRASSING MR. GARZA!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN'S INSURANCE AGENCY."

"Awesome, amazing customer service representatives, very knowledgeable Cynthia, Anna, Joanna. Always making sure our questions get answer, they follow thru when we have a question, and all this with a happy smile even thru covid times. I was a client of farmers ins for 10 yrs, and I paid them so much money and I had very limited coverage compared with what I have now, switching to StateFarm gave me a savings of $320.00 just on my vehicles and a lot more on my home."
